30 Miss Universe Colombia 2024 candidates competing in Barranquilla

Camila Avella represented Casanare, Colombia at Miss Universe Colombia 2023 at the Puerta de Oro Centro de Eventos del Caribe in Puerta de Oro, Barranquilla, Colombia on September 2, 2023. She won the title.

Runner-up to Avella was Adriana Catalina Numa Vega of Norte de Santander. The second runner-up was Lina María Hurtado Mosquera of Buenaventura.

Miss Universe Colombia 2024 contestants

On June 2, 2024, Avella will crown her successor at the Puerta de Oro Centro de Eventos del Caribe in Puerta de Oro. It is the fourth edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Miss Universe candidate of Colombia.

Colombia was represented in Miss Universe by the winner of Señorita Colombia from 1958 to 2019. Laura Olascuaga of Bolivar won the inaugural Miss Universe Colombia on November 16, 2020.

Currently, Colombia has 39 Miss Universe placements including the coronations of Luz Zuluaga in 1958 and Paulina Vega in 2014. The most recent one was in 2023 when Avella finished in the Top 5.
