Bradley Joseph Cantwell, 41, of Walker, Wood County, West Virginia, United States is accused of killing his fellow Walker residents James Clifton Bailey, 41, and Felicia Jean Goff, 40.
Who is Bradley Cantwell?
Cantwell is 5’11” tall and he weighs 165 pounds. He, Bailey and Goff were all acquaintances.
On December 23, 2023, Cantwell turned 41. He allegedly fatally shot Bailey and Goff.
At around 12:39 p.m. on May 19, 2024, Bailey and Goff’s one-story house in Walker went up in flames. Firefighters found them dead inside.
According to investigators, both Bailey and Goff died before the house was set on fire. Why they were fatally shot is still unclear.
At around 4:25 p.m. on May 29, 2024, Cantwell was arrested without incident while leaving a business on Blizzard Drive in Parkersburg, Wood County. He was in a vehicle being driven by Gage Robert Foutty, 37, of Vienna, Wood County.
Cantwell was charged with two counts of first-degree murder. Foutty was arrested on unrelated charges of conspiracy to commit grand larceny/aiding and abetting.
