Nevaeh Nichole Harmon is a pharmacy technician born and raised in Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia, United States. On June 4, 2023, she represented Charleston at Miss West Virginia USA 2023, competed against 18 other candidates at the Virginia Thomas Law Center for the Performing Arts at West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, Upshur County, West Virginia and won the title.
On June 1, 2024, Harmon went back to the Virginia Thomas Law Center for the Performing Arts where she crowned her successor Caylie Simmons. The latter will represent West Virginia at Miss USA 2024.
