Allan Gacki, 53, of O’Fallon, St. Charles County, Missouri, United States has been arrested. He is a firefighter with Central County Fire and Rescue (CCFR), which provides emergency services to St. Charles County residents.
Who is Allan Gacki?
Aside from O’Fallon, Gacki has lived in other parts of Missouri including Saint Peters, Saint Charles, Saint Louis and Wentzville. In 1998, he joined CCFR.
In June 2018, CCFR promoted Gacki as an engineer. In the new role, he was responsible for driving and operating the fire truck during emergency situations.
In October 2023, Gacki turned 53. On May 16, 2024, he was arrested at one of the CCFR stations in St. Peters while he was on duty.
One capsule each of Vyvanse and Mylan was in Gacki’s possession when he was arrested. He admitted to police that he did agree to pay for sex.
The arrest was part of a human trafficking investigation by the St. Charles Police Department. Gacki is accused of proposing engaging in sexual activity at his place of employment and offering to deliver controlled substances to an undercover detective.
In particular, Gacki allegedly contacted an undercover officer posing as a sex worker, tried to arrange for them to have sex at the firehouse where he worked, and told the officer he had extended-release Vyvanse, a Schedule II narcotic. He was charged patronizing prostitution, a misdemeanor, and attempted delivery of a controlled substance, a felony.
On June 3, 2024, Gacki was issued a criminal summons to appear in court on July 26, 2024. He was released from custody pending the charges filed against him.
