Born and raised on Guam, an unincorporated territory of the United States, Espiritu grew up with his Filipino and Chamorro family. He lived in Dededo, Guam and in Tamuning, Guam and in different parts of Hawaii, USA including Kailua and Oahu.

In 2018, Espiritu was scouted by the Hawaiian modeling agency Larson Talent while he was waiting tables at a restaurant. That year, he was featured in a Heineken campaign in the Philippines.

As a model, Espiritu has worked for athleisure, swimwear and urban apparel brands in the Philippines, Thailand and the U.S. He is 5’11” tall.

  13. On July 4, 2024, he represented the Philippines at Mister Supranational 2024 and competed against 35 other candidates at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Malopolska, Poland. He was second runner-up to Fezile Mkhize.
