On July 17, 2023, Haley Jordan Begay of Central Indiana was crowned Miss Indiana USA 2023 at Noblesville High School in Noblesville, Hamilton County, Indiana. The respective first, second, third, fourth and fifth runners-up were Audrey Schlegel of Spirit of Indiana, Ariah Leary of Evansville, Lexie Dames of Indianapolis, Olivia Johnson of Owen County and Kiki Walls of Gary.

The Miss Indiana USA 2024 coronation ceremony will be held at the Schrott Center for the Arts of Butler University in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana on June 8, 2024. It is the 73rd edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Indiana’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.
