Utah, United States’ Noelia Voigt won Miss USA 2023 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA on September 29, 2023. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Savannah Gankiewicz of Hawaii, Alexis Loomans of Wisconsin, Jasmine Daniels of Pennsylvania and Lluvia Alzate of Texas.
On May 6, 2024, Voigt gave up the title, citing mental health. On May 15, 2024, Gankiewicz was officially crowned Miss USA 2023 by Hawaii governor Josh Green in Honolulu.

On August 4, 2024, Gankiewicz will crown her successor at the The Biltmore Los Angeles in Los Angeles, California, USA. It is the 73rd edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.
Currently, the U.S. has 65 Miss Universe placements including the coronation of Miriam Stevenson in 1954, Carol Morris in 1956, Linda Bement in 1960, Sylvia Hitchcock in 1967, Shawn Weatherly in 1980, Chelsi Smith in 1995, Brook Lee in 1997, Olivia Culpo in 2012 and R’Bonney Gabriel in 2022. The most recent one was in 2023 when Voigt finished in the Top 20.
