Madison Ramsingh won Miss U.S. Virgin Islands 2023 at Sand Castle on the Beach Hotel in Saint Croix, United States Virgin Islands on May 14, 2023 and won the title. On August 18, 2024, she crowned her successor Stephany Andujar at the Antilles Mark C. Marin Center in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas.
Ramsingh was unplaced when she represented the U.S. Virgin Islands at Miss Earth 2023 on December 22, 2023 at the Vạn Phúc City Water Music Square in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam where she competed against 84 other candidates. Andujar will represent the U.S. Virgin Islands at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico.
