James Joseph Placer Younghusband is an English-Filipino former professional footballer. He is Philip James Placer Younghusband Jr.‘s older brother.

Both James and Philip were born in Ashford, Surrey, England, United Kingdom to Philip James Younghusband Sr., who is English, and Susan Placer Younghusband, who is Filipino. Philip Sr. and Susan also have a daughter named Keri Younghusband.
