In July 2024, Temple successfully achieved his general education diploma (GED) while incarcerated at the Calloway County Jail in Murray, Calloway County, Kentucky. On August 30, 2024, he was placed on mandatory reentry supervision, which would end on June 5, 2025.
On the evening of September 11, 2024, Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a domestic call in the 9000 block of Cedar Grove Road in Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, Kentucky. The suspect was Temple, who was accused of attacking a woman while she was holding her three-year-old child.
Neither the woman nor the child suffered any serious physical injuries. Temple fled from the deputies and was able to evade capture despite the boots on the ground and drones that were deployed.
On the evening of September 12, 2024, Temple was arrested. He was booked into the Bullitt County Detention Center in Shepherdsville.
