Jolien Pede, 26, of Zwalm, East Flanders, Belgium competed against 13 other Miss Exclusive 2023 candidates at Sotto’s in Zottegem, Aalst, East Flanders, Flemish Region, Belgium on April 29, 2023. She was runner-up to Barbara Roymans of Ronse, East Flanders.
Roymans was later dethroned so Pede took over. On June 15, 2024, the latter crowned her successor Maxine van Belleghem of Geraardsbergen, East Flanders at NTGent in Ghent, Belgium.
