What does Sebastian Stan think about Donald Trump?

From 2004 to 2015, Donald co-produced and hosted a reality television series titled “The Apprentice”. Stan first received the script for the movie of the same title in 2019.

The movie was filmed from November 2023 to January 2024. It is about Donald’s career as a real estate businessman in New York in the 1970s and the 1980s.

For the movie, Stan had to start speaking with his lips in a different way. In an interview with Variety, the actor said he thinks Donald is “a lot smarter than people want to say about him because he repeats things consistently and he’s given you a brand.”

As part of Stan’s preparation for the movie, he had 130 videos on Donald’s physicality on his phone and 562 videos of the former U.S. president from the 1970s to the present. According to the actor, this allowed him to pull out the politician’s speech patterns and try to improvise like him.
