Blake Allen Troutman, 26, was wanted for second-degree murder in Tennessee, United States. Whether or not he is a Tennessee resident is unclear.

Troutman is accused of selling narcotics laced with fentanyl resulting in the death of a woman, 21. Details about their transaction and the identity of the victim were not released.
On July 30, 2024, a warrant was issued for Troutman’s arrest out of Henderson County Circuit Court in Tennessee. That day, the case was adopted by the Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force (TRVFTF) of the U.S. Marshals Service in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee.
After determining that Troutman had fled Tennessee to California, USA, deputy marshals provided investigative leads to the Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force in Los Angeles, California. On October 2, 2024, they tracked him to a gas station in Orange City, California and took him into custody.
The fugitive will be held at a detention facility in California. There are still no details about his extradition to Tennessee.
