In 1999, Zazie and her family moved from Berlin to New York City, New York. She grew up in Washington Heights, Manhattan, New York City.
Zazie graduated from the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in the Upper West Side, Manhattan in 2009 and from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York with a bachelor’s degree in French in 2013. In 2021, she joined the cast the the Amazon Prime Video series “Invincible” as Amber Bennett.
