Ernesto Ramon Mercado is an American engineer from Arlington, Virginia, United States. He is an accused serial rapist.
Through deoxyribonucleic acid testing and other investigative tools, Mercado was linked to five sexual assaults that took place in Washington, D.C., USA between 2008 to 2012. He is an alumnus of Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland, USA and the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland.
