She was arrested, booked into the Maricopa County Jail in Phoenix, Maricopa County and charged with first-degree attempted murder, interfering with an educational institution, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct with a weapon.
11. On September 30, 2024, she attended a court hearing where two charges filed against her, namely first-degree attempted murder and interfering with an educational institution, were dropped.
12. On October 9, 2024, she pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct with a weapon. Judge Ashley Rahaman gave her a cash bail of $250,000 and listed the conditions of her release should she be able to post bail in full.
13. On November 21, 2024, she will attend an initial pretrial conference.
