Who is Kaci Sloan?

Kaci Lenise-Charlie Sloan is an American woman from Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona, United States. The city is home to the State Farm Stadium.

Before she could stab Daffron for the third time, she was stopped and disarmed by their classmate Matthew McCormick, a U.S. Navy veteran. She was arrested, booked into the Maricopa County Jail in Phoenix, Maricopa County and charged with first-degree attempted murder, interfering with an educational institution, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct with a weapon.
  11. On September 30, 2024, she attended a court hearing where two charges filed against her, namely first-degree attempted murder and interfering with an educational institution, were dropped.
  12. On October 9, 2024, she pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct with a weapon. Judge Ashley Rahaman gave her a cash bail of $250,000 and listed the conditions of her release should she be able to post bail in full.
  13. On November 21, 2024, she will attend an initial pretrial conference.
