Blake Johnston of Colstrip, Montana, United States is pursuing a carer in acting in Los Angeles, California, USA. Prior to this, he was a member of the boys varsity football team of Colstrip High School in Colstrip from 2015 to 2017 and he went to Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota, USA on a wrestling scholarship.
On October 8, 2023, Johnston represented the U.S. in the inaugural edition of Mister Cosmopolitan at The Platform Performing Arts Theatre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and won the title.
