Loyal Durand Jr. was an American man born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. He is the oldest among the four children of Loyal Durand Sr. and Lucia Relf Kemper Duran.

On September 2, 2022, Abston abducted and murdered Memphis kindergarten teacher Eliza Fletcher. On October 28, 2024, he pleaded guilty to first-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping and tampering with evidence.
