Htoo is a Burmese model and beauty king born and raised in Yangon, Myanmar. On social media, he goes by SoeMin Tun.

• On August 20, 2016, he represented Myanmar at Man of the Year 2016 and competed against 10 other candidates at the Grand Central Hotel in Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia. He did not make it to the Top 5 but he won the Mister Modern and Mister Social Media awards.
• On April 1, 2017, he represented Yangon East at Mister Global Myanmar 2017 at the Junction Square Water Fountain Area in Yangon. He was second runner-up to Paing Soe Htun.
• On December 2, 2017, he represented Myanmar at Mister Supranational 2017 and competed against 33 other candidates at the Miejski Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji in Krynica-Zdrój, Nowy Sącz, Malopolska, Poland. He finished in the Top 20.
• In January 2018, he traveled to Bangkok.
• On November 7, 2018, he was appointed Mister Universal Ambassador Myanmar 2018 but he was not able to represent Myanmar at Mister Universal Ambassador 2018 in Arya, New Delhi, India on November 25, 2018.
