Christopher Clay Pierce, 46, of Jackson, Michigan, United States has been arrested. He was charged with making a threatening interstate communication.

On January 6, 2021, a mob of supporters of Donald Trump, now 78, attacked the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA. While the U.S. Congress was investigating the insurrection, Pierce made threats on Instagram in 2022.
“What comes next with make January 6th look like a Sunday stroll through the park!” Pierce wrote. “Democracy is dead! (if it ever existed) no presidential election some 2024!”
Because of this, Pierce came under scrutiny by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. FBI agents went to his residence and warned him that his behavior could trigger criminal charges.
Before closing the door on the FBI agents, Pierce told them hat the U.S. would fall into a civil war. No charges were filed against him.
On October 2, 2024, Pierce identified himself as “Your worst f—–g nightmare” in emails he sent to a political action committee. In one of the emails, he wrote, “Every day, your people contact me with a campaign ad and it’s calling me racist.”
“You motherf——n contact meagain I guarantee I can find each and every one of your f—- organizees. I’m a member of that American patriotf—– three bitch,” Pierce continued. “And we will turn you mother—— side out. I’ve already managed to locate one of your callcenters … you will shut this s–t down or we will shut it down for you permanently.”
“This year proves Kamala Harris is nothing but a f—-g communist piece of f—–g s–t and doesn’t deserve to f—-g even be in the race to become president,” Pierce added. “Now you better stop or I promise you this is badly for all of .you motherf—–s and we won’t involve the law motherf—-r … American patriot three are current and former U.S. military and current and former law-enforcement.”
On October 30, 2024, FBI agents spoke to Pierce through his front screen door at his residence in Jackson. He acknowledged sending the emails before closing the door.
On November 5, 2024, Pierce was arrested. On the same day, the U.S. held its 60th quadrennial presidential election with Trump as the Republic candidate and Kamala Harris, 60, as his Democratic opponent.
