Millan-Windorski is a Filipino-American beauty queen from Whitefish Bay, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, United States. Her maternal grandmother Marcela Buenavista Millan lives in San Juan, San Fernando, La Union, Philippines.

- On June 18, 2021, she represented the Milwaukee Area at Miss Wisconsin’s Outstanding Teen 2021 and competed against 17 other candidates at the Alberta Kimball Auditorium in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She was unplaced.
