BIOGRAPHY

Millan-Windorski is a Filipino-American beauty queen from Whitefish Bay, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, United States. Her maternal grandmother Marcela Buenavista Millan lives in San Juan, San Fernando, La Union, Philippines.

She wrote in part, “To my fellow asians- please recognize how our status as a model minority is weaponized against the black community. Often I hear older first generation Filipinos say, “We succeeded, why can’t other minority groups do the same?” This statement fails to recognize the different circumstances that each community faces.”
• On July 30, 2020, she graduated from Whitefish Bay High School.
• In September 2020, she entered the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
• On June 18, 2021, she represented the Milwaukee Area at Miss Wisconsin’s Outstanding Teen 2021 and competed against 17 other candidates at the Alberta Kimball Auditorium in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She was unplaced.
• On April 20, 2022, she joined the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s language program office as a student assistant.
• In May 2023, she was crowned Miss Wisconsin Earth 2023 and she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
