Iceland in Miss Earth

Iceland currently has one Miss Earth placement. Based in Metro Manila, Philippines, the international beauty pageant  advocates for environmental awareness, conservation and social responsibility.

Four women have held the Miss Earth Iceland title but only three of them have represented Iceland in Miss Earth. Here are their names and their respective placements:

1. 2007: Katrín Dögg Sigurdardóttir (unplaced)
2. 2018: Móeiður Svala Magnúsdóttir (did not compete)
3. 2020: Dagbjört Rúriksdóttir (unplaced)
4. 2024: Hrafnhildur Haraldsdóttir (first runner-up / Miss Earth-Air 2024)

Miss Earth is one of the six grand slam beauty pageants for women. The others are Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International, Miss Supranational and Miss Grand International.

Before competing in Miss Earth, Haraldsdóttir competed in Miss Universe. In 2024, Manuela Hardardottir became the national director of Miss Earth Iceland.
