Eve Gilles represented Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France at Miss France 2024 and competed against 29 other candidates at the Zénith de Dijon in Dijon, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, France on December 16, 2023. She won the title.
Runner-up to Gilles was Audrey Ho-Wen-Tsaï of French Guiana. The respective second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth runners-up were Adélina Blanc of Provence, Jalylane Maës of Guadeloupe, Maxime Teissier of Languedoc, Wissem Morel of Normandy and Ravahere Silloux of Tahiti.

On December 14, 2024, Gilles will crown her successor at the Futuroscope Arena in Vienne, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France. It is the 95th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Miss Universe and Miss World candidates of the country.

Flora Coquerel will serve as a judge at Miss France 2025. Joining her in the selection committee are Cristina Cordula, Fauve Hautot, Khatia Buniatishvili, Marie-Jose Perec, Nawell Madani and Sylvie Vartan.
On December 13, 2013, Coquerel represented Orleanais at Miss France 2014, competed against 32 other candidates at the Zenith de Dijjon and won the title. Representing France, she was unplaced at Miss World 2014 and she finished in the Top 5 at Miss Universe 2015.
