Leav Veng Hour represented Cambodia at Mister Friendship International 2023 and competed against 18 other candidates at the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts (FA) Theater of Khon Kaen University in Khon Kaen, Thailand on December 13, 2023. He won the title.
Runner-up to Leav was “Sky” Tian Yu of Taiwan. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Justin Stephen of Indonesia, Daksh Chaudhary of India and Jan Černohorský of the Czech Republic.
Mister Friendship International 2024 contestants
On December 8, 2024, Leav will crown his successor at Asia Pacific Resort in Lukang, Changhua County, Taiwan. It is the fourth edition of the international beauty pageant based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Based in Bangkok, Thailand, Mister Friendship International was founded by Joe Kampol Thongchai. On June 20, 2021, John Mark “Migo” de Vera represented Cavite, Philippines in the inaugural edition of the competition, competed against 17 other candidates in an online coronation ceremony and made history as the first winner
On December 18, 2022, Yoo Beyong Eun represented South Korea at Mister Friendship International 2022 and competed against 15 other candidates at the Aura Rich Hall in Ban Ped, Mueang, Khon Kaen. He won the title.
