Leav Veng Hour represented Cambodia at Mister Friendship International 2023 and competed against 18 other candidates at the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts (FA) Theater of Khon Kaen University in Khon Kaen, Thailand on December 13, 2023. He won the title.
On December 8, 2024, Leav crowned his successor Henry Chang of Taiwan at Asia Pacific Resort in Lukang, Changhua County, Taiwan. This made the latter the first ever titleholder of Mister Friendship International from his home country.
