Lucia Mangione Giulio is an Italian-American contemporary artist who speaks English, Italian and German. Based in Baltimore, Maryland, United States, she is one of the three children of Louis Mangione and Kathy Zannino Mangione.

- After Luigi was arrested on December 9, 2024 in Altoona, Pennsylvania, USA, she took to Instagram to share a photo of herself on a beach with him with a caption “Praying for you”. She immediately deleted the photo.
