Who is Paul Giulio?

Paul Edward Giulio is an Italian-American real estate developer based in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. His wife Lucia Mangione Giulio is a contemporary artist.

Based in Timonium, Baltimore County, Maryland, the full-service real estate development company Hill Management Services is owned by Paul’s father Anthony Giulio, who also serves as the chief executive officer. Founded in 1976, the company owns several hotel and self-storage facilities and more than four million square feet of office, industrial and retail space.

2019

• In the July 2019 newsletter of NAIOP Maryland, he described his father as a great mentor and said the most appealing aspects of his job at Hill Management Services was working with his family, being the future of the business and feeling that he was making a positive difference. He said, “You can’t really beat a job where you get to work side-by-side with your dad.”
• On December 18, 2019, he was elected to sit on the board of directors for NAIOP Maryland in 2020, making him the youngest member of the board.

2020

• In December 2020, he announced during a webinar hosted by NAIOP Maryland that Hill Management Services was nearing completion of a new 66,000 square foot building in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

2021

• In an NAIOP Maryland newsletter published on February 3, 2021, he said, “There is no replacement for visiting a project in person, examining the small details and then hearing about the hurdles overcome and successes achieved by a development team.”

2022

• In May 2022, NAIOP Maryland recognized him with its Rising Star Award at its biannual competition.
• On June 25, 2022, he and Lucia got married in Baltimore.
