Who is Alejandra Guajardo?

Alejandra Guajardo Sada is a Mexican-Salvadoran philanthropist, professional ballet dancer and beauty queen with a bachelor’s degree in international business. She loves dancing and playing tennis and she is 5’9″ tall.

Hailing from Cabañas, El Salvador and Juan Rodríguez Clara, Veracruz, Mexico, Guajardo competed in beauty pageants while serving as an administrator of her father’s companies. Her mother is a former Nuestra Belleza Quintana Roo candidate.

Born in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico, Guajardo grew up in Veracruz and she attended Tecnológico de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico and the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Edinburg, Texas, United States. She speaks Spanish, English, French and Italian.

1. On February 25, 2018, she represented Juan Rodriguez Clara at Miss Earth Veracruz 2018 and competed against 23 other candidates at Teatro de la Reforma IVEC in Veracruz. She finished fourth and was crowned Miss Fuego Veracruz 2018. It was her uncle Fernando Marquez who invited her to join the competition.
2. On November 14, 2018, she represented Juan Rodriguez Clara at Mexicana Universal Veracruz 2018 and competed against five other finalists in Ikonic Nightclub in Veracruz. She was runner-up to Miriam Alejandra Carballo Gallardo.
3. In December 2018, she graduated from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with a bachelor’s degree in international business.
4. She represented Xalapa at Miss Veracruz 2019 and competed against 15 other candidates. The title was won by Andrea Munguia while she finished in the Top 5 and was crowned Reina de la Zona Centro 2019.
5. In February 2020, she traveled to Marrakech, Morocco.

10. On January 14, 2023, she represented El Salvador at Miss Universe 2022 and competed against 83 other candidates at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States. She was unplaced.
11. On May 5, 2023, she had a meeting with Ministerio de Educación in San Salvador to discuss her self-sustainability project to improve the development of children and adolescents in El Salvador by integrating harvesting food from their own plants. 
12. On June 1, 2023, she was at the office of the Asamblea Legislativa de El Salvador in San Salvador where Nayib Bukele delivered a speech marking his fourth year in office as El Salvador’s 43rd president.
13. On July 30, 2023, she crowned her successor Miss Universe El Salvador 2023 Isabella Garcia-Manzo at the Teatro Nacional de San Salvador in San Salvador.
14. In December 2023, she was appointed Miss Charm El Salvador 2024.
