Cabot Hunt Asplundh is an American man from New Hope, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. He is Matthew Asplundh and Jill Hunt Asplundh‘s son and the husband of Katherine M. Driscoll Asplundh of Manasquan, New Jersey, USA.

Katherine and Cabot met in Prague, Czech Republic. His great-grandfather Carl Hjalmar Asplundh is from Sweden and his maternal grandparents are John L. Hunt and Cary Staats Hunt.
