Who is William Zulock?
William Dale Zulock is an American government worker from Oxford, Newton County, Georgia, United States. After getting married, he and Zachary Jacoby Zulock adopted two boys from All Gods Children Inc., a Christian special-needs adoption agency in Georgia.
The boys are siblings. They were born in 2011 and 2013.
While the boys were minors, they were sexually abused by Zachary and William. In 2022, the abusers filmed themselves assaulting the victims and pimped them out to Hunter Clay Lawless, then 27, and Luis Armando Vizcarro-Sanchez, then 25.

- On October 29, 2018, Zachary took to Instagram to share a photo of them smiling and looking at each other. In the caption, Zachary referred to him as his partner in crime for life.
- On November 7, 2018, he and Zachary adopted two boys.
- Between 2019 and 2021, he and Zachary filmed themselves sexually abusing their two adopted sons.
- In 2021, he and Zachary made inquiries about adopting a girl, then 2.
- On July 22, 2022, he and Zachary admitted to sexually abusing their adopted sons over a period of time when they were interviewed by authorities.
- On July 27, 2022, officials executed a search warrant at his and Zachary’s residence in Oxford.
- In August 2022, he and Zachary were indicted on charges of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, incest, prostitution of a minor and sexual exploitation of children.
- On August 20, 2024, he pleaded guilty to two counts of incest, two counts of sexual exploitation of children, three counts of aggravated child molestation and six counts of aggravated sodomy.
- On December 19, 2024, Judge Jeffrey L. Foster sentenced him to 100 years in prison without the possibility of parole.
- In August 2025, he will turn 36.
