• On March 18, 2016, she represented Toa Baja at Miss Mundo de Puerto Rico 2016, competed against 28 other candidates and won the title.

2017

• On June 20, 2017, she attended Royal Ascot 2017 at Ascot Racecourse in Ascot, England, United Kingdom.
• On July 12, 2017, she visited the Mpumelelo Day Care Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa with Maria Harfanti, Rohit Khandelwal, Evelyn Njambi Thungu, Lenty Frans, Madeline Cowe and Audra Mari.
• On November 18, 2017, she crowned her successor Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar at the Sanya City Arena in Sanya, China.

2018

2021

• In March 2021, she announced that Miss World 2021 would be held in Puerto Rico. To organize the pageant, her nonprofit organization Reignite Puerto Rico partnered with Puerto Rico with a Purpose, an organization led by venture capitalist Brock Pierce.
• In December 2021, Miss World 2021 was canceled due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic so Puerto Rico with a Purpose sued her and her nonprofit organization, demanding a minimum of $1.25 million in back payments. She and her parents then countersued Puerto Rico with a Purpose for $31 million for emotional damages caused by the defamation against her.

2022

• In February 2022, she and Barney publicly confirmed their relationship.

• In November 2023, she was chosen as the face of the newly renovated mural located at the Puerto Rican Community wall at Myrtle and Broadway in Brooklyn, New York.
