Lê Hoàng Phương represented Vietnam in the 11th edition of Miss Grand International. It is one of the six grand slam international beauty pageants for women along with Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International, Miss Earth and Miss Supranational.

Lê is a Vietnamese architect, model and beauty queen. She won the second edition of Miss Grand Vietnam.
