Cameron John Wagenius is an American soldier from Minnesota, United States. His mother Alicia Roen was born in Minnesota but is based in Hudson, Wisconsin, USA while his older brother Kyle Wagenius is based in Adachi, Tokyo, Japan.

As a cybercriminal using the pseudonym Kiberphant0m, Cameron allegedly sold data stolen from Snowflake customers who refused to pay a ransom to have their information deleted, following Moucka’s instructions.

  12. On December 18, 2024, an indictment accusing him of selling and attempting to sell stolen confidential phone records was filed under seal in federal court in Seattle, Washington, USA and on December 30, 2024, the indictment was unsealed.
  13. On December 20, 2024, he was arrested and charged in the courthouse for the Western District of Texas in Waco, Texas with two counts of unlawful transfer of confidential phone records information.
