He was identified as the suspect at the conclusion of the CAC’s investigation.
• On July 22, 2021, he was arrested, booked into the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga and charged with continuous sexual abuse of a minor and lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14.
• On July 23, 2021, he remained in custody on $350,000 bail.
