Maricielo Gamarra Alvarado of Peru was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2023 at the Centro de Convenciones Fexpocruz in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia on January 28, 2024. Fernanda Rojas of Venezuela was Virreina Hispanoamericana 2023.

Cynthia Mouras of Brazil was the first runner-up. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Michelle Arceo of the Philippines, Bianty Gomperts of Curacao and Paula Alarcon of Colombia.

On February 9, 2025, Gamarra will crown her successor at Salón Sirionó in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. It is the 33rd edition of the international beauty pageant that celebrates Hispanic heritage, language and culture.

A total of 25 women are competing for the Reina Hispanoamericana 2025 crown. I believe these six candidates will make it to the top:
