Chloe M. Mullins, 20, of Crandon, Forest County, Wisconsin, United States has been released. She is facing charges for child pornography and bestiality material.

Mullins is accused of spreading the child sexual abuse material. Authorities did not release details about the CSAM she was allegedly distributing online.

An investigation started when the National Center for Missing and Endangered Children sent a cyber tip to the Wisconsin Department of Justice‘s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force. On January 17, 2025, the information was relayed to the Forest County Sheriff’s Office.

On January 29, 2025, Forest County Sheriff’s Office detectives took Mullins into custody. She was booked into the Forest County Jail in Crandon and charged with four felony counts of bestiality sell/publish obscene material and 21 felony counts each of child pornography possession and sexual exploitation of a child- produce, perform etc.

That day, the detectives executed a search warrant at a residence in Nashville, Forest County. Devices were seized from the residence.

Following the forensic evaluation of the devices, Mullins may face more charges. She was given a $10,000 cash bond.

After posting bond, Mullins was released from custody. She is prohibited from having access to the internet.
