Fariborz Saeidi, 36, of West Chester, Ohio, United States is a former employee of FOXX Construction, a construction company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also a former inmate of the Correctional Reception Center in Orient, Pickaway County, Ohio.

Aside from West Chester, Saeidi has also lived in other parts of Ohio including Hamilton. He also previously lived in Flat Rock, Michigan, USA.

After being convicted of robbery, Saeidi was sentenced to two years at the Correctional Reception Center. Details about his release from jail are not available.

On September 22, 2020, Saeidi was arrested in Hamilton County, Ohio. On November 7, 2020, he was arrested again in Hamilton County for attempted tampering with records.

On June 15, 2024, Saeidi turned 36.

Recently, while employed at FOXX Construction, Saeidi said racist things against a Hispanic man in Dayton, Ohio. The latter used his cellphone to record the incident.

On February 28, 2025,  “That Danesh Guy” Danesh Noshirvan shared the video on social media. In the video, Saeidi said he was born and raised in the U.S.

Saeidi also tried to show an employment identification card and said he had been working at his current job for 12 years. It was unclear whether he was talking about his FOXX Construction employment.

On March 5, 2025, That Danesh Guy gave an update on Saeidi. According to the former, he received a statement from FOXX Construction, which said it does not tolerate hate speech, discrimination or behavior that goes against some of its strongest core values of respect, inclusion and integrity.

“Following review, we have made the decision to terminate the employee due to behavior that was in clear violation of our Code of Conduct”, FOXX Construction stated. “While we do not take such decisions lightly, we mush always prioritize the well-being of our team, our clients and those our employers interact with.”
