  • On December 8, 2024, he finished 10th at the 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and became the fourth driver in history to complete every lap of a Formula One season.

  • On March 11, 2025, McLaren announced a multi-year contract extension with him until at least the end of the 2028 season.
