  • On June 27, 2024, she was arrested by Freehold Borough Police Department officers at her parents’ residence in Jackson Township and booked into the Monmouth County Jail in Freehold Township.
  • On June 29, 2024, she was charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault and second-degree child welfare endangerment.
  • On July 5, 2024, Superior Court judge Vincent N. Falcetano ordered her released from the Monmouth County Jail, placed her on home detention and prohibited her from using a computer and having contact with minors except her two children.
  • On August 8, 2024, she appeared in court before judge Christie Bevacqua and her case was referred to a grand jury.

2025

  • On March 25, 2025, a grand jury in Monmouth County indicted her on seven charges namely first-degree aggravated sexual assault, first-degree endangering the welfare of a child through the manufacture of child sexual abuse materials, second-degree sexual assault, third-degree endangering and two counts of second-degree endangering, second-degree official misconduct.
