George Lawrence, 54, Hector Doval, 42, and Jamel A. Michael, 32, are residents of Bridgeport, Fairfield County, Connecticut, United States. They were recently arrested in Stratford, Fairfield County.
In August 2009, Doval was arrested and charged with causing risk of injury to a minor, impairing the morals of a minor and fourth-degree sexual assault. He allegedly sexually assaulted a girl, then 12.
In December 2010, while employed by Guaranty Pest Elimination , Lawrence allegedly stole a diamond worth more than $10,000 from a ring while completing work at a residence in Greenwich, Fairfield County. He was charged with first-degree larceny.
On October 9, 2024, Michael was arrested by a Bridgeport Police Department officer for disorderly conduct. He is an aspiring actor.
Joseph Peter Ganim, 65, has been the mayor of Bridgeport since December 1, 2015. He held the same position from November 11, 1991 to April 4, 2003.

Investigators found out that prostitution was prevalent at motels in Stratford. From February 2025 to March 2025, the department conducted a series of prostitution stings and arrested 15 men including Lawrence, Doval and Michael and two Stratford residents.
One of the suspects is from Pembroke, Massachusetts, USA. The other nine are from other parts of Connecticut.
