Kaylee Brooke McCollum represented Monroe County when she won Miss Mississippi USA 2024 at the Pearl River Resort in Choctaw, Neshoba County, Mississippi, United States on April 6, 2024. She finished in the Top 20 when she represented Mississippi at Miss USA 2024 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, California, USA on August 4, 2024.
Seven months later, McCollum went back to the Pearl River Resort and crowned McKenzie Cole of Vicksburg as the next Miss Mississippi USA. The latter will represent Mississippi at Miss USA 2025.
