Rosas is two years younger than his brother Jessie Rosas, who made his professional MMA debut on June 24, 2022. Both of their parents Raul Rosas Sr. and Oyuki Rios are originally from Iztapalapa, Mexico City, Mexico.
Raul Sr. is a boxing coach. Rios is a housekeeper who does part-time jobs on the side.
