Liltorius Demetrius Mitchell, 28, and Hayden Alexander Day, 26, are residents of Shreveport, Louisiana, United States. They were recently arrested in the city.

Aside from Shreveport, Mitchell has lived in other parts of Louisiana including Haughton. He is a former resident of Manorville, New York, USA and Day is a former resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA.

Shreveport Police Department
In August 2021, Wayne Smith became the interim chief of the Shreveport Police Department. On January 26, 2022, then Shreveport mayor Adrian Perkins announced that Smith would be the new chief.
On March 11, 2023, the community response unit of the Shreveport Police Department found Mitchell to be in possession of a firearm and narcotics. Due to having convictions for domestic abuse offenses, he was prohibited from owning a firearm, the department found out.
Mitchell was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a person convicted of domestic abuse, possession of a firearm with a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a Schedule 1 narcotic with intent to distribute. On December 18, 2024, he was sued by Asia Hines and Kalani Kiari Hines in Caddo Parish, Louisiana.
In partnership with Safe from Online Sex Abuse (SOSA), the vice unit of the Shreveport Police Department conducted an operation from March 24-30, 2025 to take down individuals preying on minors.
During the operation, the department arrested six men including Mitchell and Day. They are accused of actively seeking to exploit children online.
Day was charged with purchase of commercial sexual activity and Mitchell was charged with computer-aided solicitation of a minor. On March 31, 2025, they were booked into the Caddo Correctional Center in Shreveport.
