Kalen Bell, 26, of Vinegar Hill, Brooklyn, New York City, New York, United States has been arrested. He is accused of sexually assaulting five women in Brooklyn.

At around 6:45 a.m. on March 19, 2025, Bell allegedly approached a woman, 30, from behind while she was walking near Gold and Front Streets in Brooklyn. After grabbing her waist and thrusting his pelvic area against her buttocks, he allegedly fled the scene on foot.
At around 7:48 a.m. on March 30, 2025, Bell allegedly did the same to a woman, 21, who was walking near Middagh and Willow Streets in Brooklyn. At around 10:29 p.m. on April 1, 2025, he allegedly approached a woman, 34, who was walking near Henry and Joralemon Streets in the borough from behind, grabbed her waist and performed a lewd act.
At 3:40 a.m. on April 2, 2025, Bell allegedly did the same a woman, 60, who was walking near Fulton Street and Ashland Place in Brooklyn. Details of the fifth incident were not released.
At 9:25 a.m. on April 8, 2025, Brooklyn Special Victims Squad detectives took Bell into custody at the 77th Precinct stationhouse of the New York City Police Department. He was charged with five counts each of forcible touching and third-degree sexual abuse.
Vinegar Hill
