Jacob Cameron Stockglausner, 38, of Fulton, Callaway County, Missouri, United States is a former daycare operator. He is accused of producing, distributing and possessing child pornography while living in an in-home daycare.

Stockglausner and Marissa Stuenkel Stockglausner, 34, of Fulton lived in Millerburg, Callaway County. He is William “Bill” G. Stockglausner Jr. and Vickie K. Stockglausner‘s son.
Bill was born in St. Louis, Missouri to William G. Stockglausner Sr. and Mary V. Stockglausner. Vickie is Joseph R. “Bob” Mackler and Betty Jean Koenig Mackler‘s daughter.
Bob died on March 3, 2015 at the Missouri Veterans Home in Mount Vernon, Lawrence County, Missouri at age 94 and Betty died on May 30, 2020 at Ozark Nursing and Care Center in Ozark, Christian County, Missouri at age 91. A long-time resident of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, Bill died on December 25, 2021 at age 71.
Marissa is Gerald Louis Wilde and Jeanette Wilde‘s daughter. On June 8, 2022, Gerald died in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri at age 75.
Aside from Fulton and Millersburg, Jacob has lived in other parts of Missouri including Columbia and Holts Summit. He is a former resident of Tavares, Florida, USA and Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA.
Callaway County Jail
On June 30, 2024, the Cyber Crimes Task Force of the Boone County Sheriff’s Office received information about an online account user transferring child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Investigators traced the account to Jacob’s residence in Millerburg.
On July 11, 2024, officers from the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office and the Boone County Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at Jacob’s residence where he ran a daycare. They found evidence that he had subjected a child, then 2, to deviate sexual intercourse and filmed it.
Using the social media platform Kik, Jacob allegedly distributed a visual depiction of the sexual abuse of a minor. He was arrested, booked into the Callaway County Jail with no bond and charged with first-degree promoting child pornography, statutory sodomy, sexual exploitation of a minor child and possession of child pornography.
In October 2024, Jacob turned 38. On April 8, 2025, he was charged in a three-count indictment issued by a federal grand jury.
If convicted, Jacob faces federal prison sentences of up to 20 years on the distribution and possession counts and 30 years on the production of child pornography count to be served without parole. The U.S. Probation Office will complete a pre-sentence investigation before the scheduling of a sentence hearing.
