Reagan Mobley Anderson, 28, of Holly Hill, Orangeburg County, South Carolina, United States was a faculty member at Holly Hill Academy in Holly Hill. While employed there as a teacher, she allegedly sent naked photos of herself to an underage boy on Snapchat.
Initially released in September 2011, Snapchat is available in 37 languages. The instant messaging app was created by Evan Spiegel, Bobby Murphy and Reggie Brown, who attended Stanford University in Stanford, Santa Clara County, California, USA.

Anderson and Ryan B. Anderson, 32, of Holly Hill grew up in small towns and met in high school. He played basketball while she played volleyball.
Holly Hill’s Wayne Mobley, 65, and Terry A. Mobley, 62, are Reagan’s parents. Wayne is Jimmy Thomas Mobley, Sr. and Shirley Walters Mobley‘s son.
In July 2012, Reagan was crowned Miss South Carolina Junior Teen Coed 2013. In August 2013, she was crowned Miss South Carolina Teen Coed 2014.
At the time, Reagan was a Holly Hill Academy senior, a varsity cheerleader, a varsity volleyball player and a member of the school choir. She attended Target United Methodist Church in Holly Hill where she played piano for the Sunday school and served as a worship service pianist for Friendship United Methodist Church in Cross, Berkeley County, South Carolina.
On July 23, 2014, Shirley died at a hospital in Charleston, South Carolina at age 78. On November 13, 2016, Reagan was crowned Miss Charleston Southern University 2017 in North Charleston, South Carolina.
On June 24, 2017, Reagan represented Charleston Southern University at Miss South Carolina 2017 and competed against 48 other candidates at The Township Auditorium in Columbia, South Carolina. She was unplaced.
On January 10, 2019, Charles Bret Zrzavy, then 27, of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, USA filed for divorce against Reagan in Harris County, Texas. On October 20, 2019, Reagan and Ryan got married in Holly Hill.
On October 22, 2023, Reagan allegedly had sex with a male Holly Hill Academy student, then 17, at a residence in Holly Hill. On October 28, 2023, she allegedly had sex with him again in the parking lot of a Pizza Hut in Santee, Orangeburg County.
On November 8, 2023, two Holly Hill Academy school administrators notified the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office of the rumored relationship between Reagan and the boy. One teacher and several students told the investigators that they have seen Anderson sending naked photos to the boy via Snapchat.
Reagan was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual battery. She was no longer employed at Holly Hill Academy when she appeared on November 16, 2023 in bond court where she was granted a $2,500 surety bond.
The judge ordered Reagan to wear a global positioning system monitor. The former Holly Hill Academy was also prohibited from having contact with the boy she allegedly sexually abused and his family.
On April 10, 2025, Reagan pleaded guilty to second-degree assault and battery. She was sentenced to five years of probation.
As part of the plea agreement, Reagan has a permanent restraining order from the boy he abused and his family. If she violates any terms of her probation, she will be registered as a sex offender and she can face up to eight years in prison.
