Cameron “Cam” McHarg was born and raised in Everett, Washington, United States. He plays one of the lead characters in “Zero”, an action comedy film written by Jean Luc Herbulot and Hus Miller and directed by Herbulot.

Miller executive produced “Saloum”, a film written by Herbulot and Pamela Diop and directed by Herbulot. It was filmed in Senegal and released in the U.S. on September 8, 2022.
On August 29, 2024, Miller turned 50. He was born in Eliot, Maine, USA.
Herbulot was born and raised in Pointe-Noire, Republic of the Congo. From 2011 to 2013, he was a director at Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles, California, USA.
In 2018, Herbulot moved to Senegal. On February 11, 2025, he turned 42.
Cam McHarg
McHarg served a brief stint in the 3rd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion in the U.S. Marine Corps. Afterwards, he attended the Lee Strasberg Actors Workshop in Seattle, Washington.
From Seattle, McHarg moved to Los Angeles to study acting. He earned his bachelor’s degree in film from the ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, California.
In the 2001 film “Pearl Harbor”, McHarg played a mourning marine. On January 14, 2025, he turned 54.
“Zero”
Majority of the cast and crew that worked on “Zero” were Senegalese. The film was shot in Dakar, Senegal.
“Zero” is about two American strangers searching for purpose in Dakar. Played by Miller and McHarg, the two characters wake up with bombs strapped to their chests, counting down from 10 hours.
Joining Miller and McHarg in the cast are Angelique Mendes, Annabelle Lengronne, Gary Dourdan, Moran Rosenblatt and Roger Sallah. Also featured in the film are the voices of Adam Bussell, Dane Larsen, Josh Faure-Brac and Willem Dafoe.
On October 10, 2024, the film premiered at the Sitges Film Festival in Sitges, Catalonia, Spain. On April 11, 2025, it hit theaters in the U.S.
