66 Miss Universe Philippines 2025 candidates competing in Pasay City

The Philippines currently has 27 Miss Universe placements including the coronations of Gloria Diaz in 1969, Margarita Moran in 1973, Pia Wurtzbach in 2015 and Catriona Gray in 2018. The most recent one was in 2024 when Chelsea Manalo finished in the Top 30.

Miss Universe Philippines 2024

On May 22, 2024, Manalo represented Bulacan at Miss Universe Philippines 2024, competed against 52 other candidates at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines and won. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Stacey Gabriel of Cainta, Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province, Tarah Valencia of Baguio City and Christi McGarry of Taguig.

On November 16, 2024, Manalo represented the Philippines at Miss Universe 2024 and competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena Ciudad de México in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico. Aside from finishing in the Top 30, she was also crowned Miss Universe Asia 2024.

Miss Universe Philippines 2025

On May 2, 2025, Manalo will crown her successor at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. It is the sixth edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Philippines’ Miss Universe candidate and its first edition under the directorship of Ariella Arida.
