Teresita Ssen Lacsamana Marquez represented the Philippines in the 27th edition of Reina Hispanoamericana. Based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, it is an international beauty pageant that celebrates Hispanic culture, language and heritage.
BIOGRAPHY
Marquez is a Filipino actor, television host, teacher, dancer, model and beauty queen professionally known as Winwyn Marquez. She was born in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines to Joselito Perez Marquez and Venesa Moreno Lacsamana, who are professionally known as Joey Marquez and Alma Moreno, respectively.
Joey’s sister Melanie Marquez is Miss International 1979. Her daughter Michelle Dee is Miss World Philippines 2019 and Miss Universe Philippines 2023.
Winwyn earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Beda College Alabang in Cupang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila and her teacher’s certificate from Southville International School and Colleges in Las Piñas, Metro Manila. Here are 13 more things about her:
