Putri Kus Wisnu Wardani is the national director of Puteri Indonesia, which was formed on March 8, 1992. It has been Indonesia’s franchise holder of Miss International since 2007, Miss Supranational since 2013 and Miss Charm and Miss Cosmo since 2024.
Puteri Indonesia held the country’s franchise of Miss Universe from 1992 to 2022, World Miss University in 1995, Miss World in 2005, Miss Asia Pacific World in 2011 and 2012 and Miss Grand International in 2013, 2016 and 2017. Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International, Miss Supranational, Miss Grand International and Miss Earth are the six grand slam international beauty pageants for women.
Puteri Indonesia 2024
On March 8, 2024, Harashta Haifa Zahra of Jawa Barat was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2024 at the Plenary Hall of the Jakarta Convention Center in Jakarta. Also crowned were Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2024 Sophie Kirana of Daerah Istimewa (DI) Yogyakarta, Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata 2024 Ketut Permata Juliastrid Sari of Bali and Puteri Indonesia Pendidikan and Kebudayaan 2024 Melati Tedja of Jawa Timur.
The respective fourth and fifth runners-up were Ghina Raihanah of Daerah Khusus Ibukota (DKI) Jakarta 1 and Latisa Safa Maura of Banten. Representing Indonesia, Zahra won Miss Supranational 2024, Kirana was Miss International 2024 fourth runner-up, Sari won Miss Cosmo 2024 and Tedja was Miss Charm 2024 third runner-up.
Puteri Indonesia 2025
On May 2, 2025, Zahra, Kirana, Sari and Tedja will go back to the Plenary Hall of the Jakarta Indonesia Convention Center to crown their respective successors. It is the 28th edition of the national beauty pageant based in Jakarta.
